We specialize in providing top-notch customer support services to businesses worldwide, collaborating with companies from Israel, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, the USA, and many more. In our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from diverse cultures and enhance your communication skills on a global scale.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Requirements and Skills:
- Fluency in written and verbal French and English.
- Prior experience as a CSR or in a similar CS role (experience in our industry is a plus).
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Good understanding of CRM systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Empathy and client-oriented approach
- Strong multitasking skills
- Patience when handling challenging cases
