Responsibilities:
- Swiftly and accurately addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and guiding them in utilizing specific features.
- Collaborating with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
- Keeping customers informed about new features and functionalities.
- Ensuring the resolution of technical issues through diligent follow-up.
Skills & Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- A background in customer support or call center operations (a bonus, but not mandatory).
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
