Privacy Policy

We have updated our August 23rd, 2023, Privacy Policy to incorporate changes related to the implementation of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

1. Purpose And Scope

1.1. Wow24-7 Inc., a company established under the laws of the State of Wyoming (registration number6891520; registered office address: 571 S. Washington, Afton, Wyoming, 83110), hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, strives to comply with applicable laws and regulations related to Personal Data protection in countries where the Company operates. This Policy sets forth the basic principles by which the Company processes your personal data, and indicates the responsibilities while processing personal data.

1.2. The Company does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children under 16 years of age.
The Company acknowledges and understands that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and the Company takes that seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the policies and practices with regard to the collection and use of your personal data and sets forth your privacy rights. The Company recognizes that data privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and, therefore, the Company will from time to time update this Privacy Policy and its privacy practice as the Company undertakes new personal data practices or adopts new privacy policies.

3. Definitions Of Legal Bases For The Processing

3.1. Consent – your clear agreement to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose.

3.2. Contract – the reason why the processing is necessary is based on a contract you have concluded with the Company, or because the Company has asked you to take specific steps before entering into that contract.

3.3. Legitimate Interests – the reason why the processing of your data is necessary is based on the legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, provided those interests are not outweighed by your rights and interests. These legitimate interests are:

3.3.2. delivering, developing, and improving the Website;

3.3.3. enabling the Company to enhance, customize or modify the Website and services;

8. Purposes And Legal Basis For The Processing

The Company processes the data for:

8.1.1. Providing Services: Details: the Company needs to provide services accessible via the Website. Legal basis: Consent; Contract; Legitimate Interests.

8.1.2. Keeping the Website running:  

Details: managing your requests (like orders), login and authentication, remembering your settings, processing payments, hosting and back-end infrastructure.
Legal basis: Contract; legitimate Interests.

8.1.3. Improving the Website

Details: testing features, interacting with feedback platforms and questionnaires, managing landing pages, heat mapping the Website, traffic optimization and data analysis and research, including profiling and the use of machine learning and other techniques over your data and in some cases using third parties to do this.

8.1.4. Customer support

Details: notifying you of any changes to the service, solving issues, any bug fixing. Legal basis: Contract; Legitimate Interests.

8.1.5. Marketing purposes (with your consent only)

9. Your Rights, Choices and Means for Limiting the Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information

9.1. Under data protection law, you have rights including:

9.1.1. You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

9.1.2. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

9.1.3. You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

9.1.4. You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

9.1.5. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

9.1.6. You have the right to the data portability of your data to another service or Website. The Company will give you a copy of your data in a readable format so that you can provide it to another service. If you ask us and it is technically possible, we will directly transfer the data to the other service for you.

9.1.7. You have the right to be “forgotten”. You may ask to erase any personal data about you, if it is no longer necessary for the Company to store the data for purposes of your use of the Website.

In the context of the right to access information, the Company shall provide you with the information within one month of your request unless there is a justified requirement to provide such information faster.

10. Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our services (“Service Providers”), provide services on our behalf, perform service-related services or assist us in analyzing the use of our services.

These third parties only have access to your personal data when they perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We use Calendly to schedule appointments for visitors to this Website and our business development team, for which you will be asked to provide some personal data, such as your name and email, etc. Calendly uses cookies, web beacons and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information during interactions, unless you opt-out. 11. Security

We have security and organizational measures and procedures in place to secure the data we collect and store. We have security policies and data processing agreements with all our employees and contractors who are obliged to follow and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Connections to the Website are encrypted using 256-bit SSL with integrity assured by the SHA2 ECDSA algorithm.

We use servers that comply with strict international data security standards, including ISO 27001. 

We use servers that are certified under PCI DSS Level 1, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, SOC 1 type II.

You acknowledge that there is no perfect security infrastructure, that no data transmission is 100% secure, and that some security risks may exist.

You are responsible for keeping your login information and password confidential.

12. Location Of The Processing Of Personal Data

The personal data collected by the Company is processed at the Company’s office in the State of Wyoming. The Company is international and has foreign branches and departments. The Company’s

Research and Development department is based in Kyiv at secure premises. The employees and contractors of the Company’s Research and Development department are bound by the respective agreements, the Company’s internal policies and the Information Security Policy.

Hosting and storage of your data is performed on the servers and infrastructure of HubSpot, acting as a data processor, whose duties and obligations are outlined by respective data processing agreements.

13. Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to provide Services to you and achieve other purposes as stated in this Privacy Policy. On request, the Company will delete your personal data from its databases.

We may also keep and use your personal information as long as needed to comply with our legal obligations (for instance, if we are obliged to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), settle disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

14.Transfer Of Your Personal Data

The Company has departments outside the EEA, especially the Company’s Research and Development department is based in Ukraine, Kyiv. Therefore, some data the Company collects from you will be processed in Ukraine. Ukraine has not sought nor received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR.

The Company relies on derogations for specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR. In particular, the Company collects and transfers to Ukraine personal data only: with your consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of the Company in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. The Company endeavors to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with the Company and the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The Company also minimizes the risk to your rights and freedoms by not collecting or storing sensitive information about you.

Cookies are pieces of data that a website transfers to a user’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes.

16. Self-certification to the Data Privacy Framework

The Company complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The Company has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the Company commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the Company commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to
unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF.

You have the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding DPF compliance not resolved by any of the other DPF mechanisms. For more information, please see

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over the Company’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF). In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose personal information we receive under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework in response to lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

The Company is responsible for the processing of personal information it receives in accordance with the DPF Principles and subsequently transfers to third parties acting as agents on the Company`s behalf. The Company shall remain liable under the DPF Principles if its agents process such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless the Company proves that it is not responsible for the event that caused the damage.
