Main responsibilities:

  • Consult new clients about technical changes in products, payment options etc.
  • Provide technical support for existing clients via chat and phone
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding technical assistance in friendly environment

Conditions of work:

  • Flexible working schedule:
  • Morning 08:00 — 16:00
  • Day 14:00 — 22:00
  • Night 22:00 — 08:00
  • 2 days off per week
