Main responsibilities:
- Consult new clients about technical changes in products, payment options etc
- Provide technical support for existing clients via chat and phone
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding technical assistance in friendly environment
Conditions of work:
- Flexible working schedule
- Morning 08:00 — 16:00
- Day 14:00 — 22:00
- Night 22:00 — 08:00
- 2 days off per week
