Our Perfect Candidate Has:
- Proficiency in German at a B2 level or higher
- Relevant experience in customer support or call center operations (will be a plus);
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Active listening skills
- Ability to handle non-standard situations
- Results-oriented work approach.
- Respond to customer email, chat and phone queries;
- Handle customer complaints;
- Consult new clients about updates, discounts, payment methods and other company matters;
- Provide excellent support for existing customers.
- Additional tasks on Shopify and Jetti platforms.
Work format: remote.
Probationary period: 1 month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:45 am to 6:15 pm. Saturday and Sunday: days off.
